Core tasks

Leading daily bar operations and supporting the team during service

Preparing staff schedules and ensuring sufficient shift coverage

Finding replacements in case of absences or stepping in to fill shifts

Ensuring product quality presentation and cleanliness

Managing stock levels inventory checks and supply orders

Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)

Training and onboarding new team members

Communicating with other departments to coordinate morning operations

Reporting technical issues or irregularities to the Head of F&B

Required competences

Hosting mindset and a passion for drinks bar-atmosphere events and great service

Reliability and hands-on mentality

Awareness of legal responsibilities and alcohol safety

Clear and open communication

Flexibility and ability to handle dynamic evening operations

Good time and resource management skills

Calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations

Excellent English communication skills (other languages are an advantage)
