We are looking for enthusiastic and motivatedBar Supervisorto join our team to support our Hotel Bar operations and supervise F&B team members ensuring the highest standards of guest service are upheld.

As a role model you will demonstrate professionalism teamwork and excellent customer service setting the tone for the team and supporting their development.

What youll be doing:

• Overseeing and coordinating the F&B operations in the Bar ensuring the high standards expected by guests and the Hotel are maintained.
• Greeting and serving our Bar and Hotel guests promptly professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Performing cashing up record keeping and shift management duties.
• Sharing your expert knowledge of our food and drinks menus and Hotel facilities.
• Assisting the F&B management with the development of the Bar offerings.
• Organising briefing and preparing the F&B team before shifts.
• Assisting in cleaning duties and maintaining a safe environment.
• Training coaching and motivating the team to follow the Hotels high service standards promoting communication between all teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Assisting the F&B management team with upselling initiatives thinking of new and creative ideas to motivate the team to sell discreetly and professionally.
• Supporting F&B management with any needs as required and helping achieve financial targets.
• Minimising operating costs by using resources efficiently and responsibly.
• Acting as a role model for the behaviours and standards expected.

About you:

You should have strong operational bar experience ideally at a supervisory level although we will consider applicants who can demonstrate their ability and drive to move to the next level in their hospitality careers. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels be able to work on your own initiative stay calm under pressure and have the ability and willingness to put the guest at the heart of everything you do.
