Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests Were looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar & Restaurant Staff to join the Food & Beverage team at Novotel Southampton. We offer a salary of 12.95 per hour per hour
This flexible casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can adapt to a variety of shifts including mornings evenings weekends and bank holidays.
What Youll Be Doing
As part of our Food & Beverage team youll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Processing bills charges and payments
- Checking identification where required
- Maintaining stock rotation and replenishment
- Completing cleaning duties and health & safety checks
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What Were Looking For

- Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided
