What youll be doing

• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard including wines cocktails beers and soft drinks
• Creating a welcoming relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
• Sharing knowledge of our drinks menu wines and daily specials
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Keeping the bar clean organised and well stocked
• Following all licensing health & safety and food hygiene standards

What were looking for

• A friendly positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality
• Previous bar experience or a strong desire to learn
• Confidence speaking with guests and making recommendations
• Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
• A reliable team-focused approach
