Job Summary
Join the Party at ABBA Voyage! We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to work with us at the famous ABBA Arena.
If you thrive in a fast paced and fun environment this is the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: 42000 per annum
Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday
Contract: Full Time Permanent
What were looking for:
- Previous experience managing bar operations in a high-volume hospitality events or leisure environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ensuring high standards of service and presentation
- Commercial awareness with experience of stock control cost management and driving sales
- A proactive hands-on approach and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :
