Spire Murrayfield Hospital in Edinburgh are seeking an experienced administrator to join the team on an ad-hoc bank basis. As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the ward for patients visitors and staff.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Outpatient department for patients visitors and staff.
- To undertake administrative role in handling consultant clinic requests written request for appointments and other administrative activities as they occur.
- To deal with all telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner
- To give clear concise information to all enquiries
- To liaise with Catering Department regarding orders for refreshments by patients and visitors
- To provide administrative assistance in the preparation of clinic lists patient registration forms charging and all other duties as determined by your team and/or manager
- Ensure that all filing of results and other information is accurately filed in the patients notes
Who were looking for:
- Previous relevant experience in an administrative support role within a similar industry would be ideal but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
