Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate committed and values-driven Carers to join our team supporting 6 adults with profound learning disabilities.
This role is about more than providing care it is about building meaningful relationships promoting dignity encouraging choice and supporting people to live full and meaningful lives.
Every person we support is unique and we are passionate about creating opportunities for connection engagement happiness and independence in everyday life. We work together to ensure each day is full of joy and compassion and that no two days are the same.
About the role:
You will support people with:
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- PEG feeding and health-related support including medication and appointments
- Hoisting and safe moving & handling
- Daily routines including cooking cleaning and personal care
- Meaningful activities one minute youll be singing Sean Mendez and the next having a fashion show
- Community access and social engagement
- Communication and relationship building
- Encouraging choice independence and inclusion
