About the Team

At Bath & North East Somerset Council our mission is simple to improve peoples lives. We deliver care and support to the residents of BANES across various settings providing essential services to those who need it most. Our residents may have dementia cognitive issues physical disabilities or frailty requiring support in their daily lives.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals with the right values behaviours and attitudes to join our team! No previous experience or qualifications are necessary we will support you in growing and developing into an excellent care worker. Above all we seek someone with empathy and passion who can make a positive difference in someones day.

About You

Bank work is flexible work to support when the need arises within the service. We use bank staff to support our permanent staff members when gaps are identified (sickness/holidays/heightened demand). This is not a permanent contract of employment. Were seeking individuals who share our values and can demonstrate:
