We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing artisan bakery renowned for creating handcrafted brownies cakes and traybakes using carefully sourced ingredients and a genuine passion for flavour. Every product is made with quality at its heart and the business has built a loyal following through its commitment to exceptional baking and outstanding customer experience.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Bakery Manager...

• 40000 per annum
• Daytime hours with early starts between 6:00am and 8:00am finishing between 2:00pm and 5:00pm
• The opportunity to lead a talented team of six bakers
• Play a key role in the continued growth of an exciting independent bakery
• Have the freedom to contribute new ideas and products

Responsibilities as the Bakery Manager...

• Leading motivating and developing a team of six
• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the bakery
• Driving product development while maintaining the high quality the bakery is known for
• Recruiting training and developing a high-performing bakery team
• Supporting the commercial growth of the business through effective planning and decision-making

Were looking for a Bakery Manager who...

• Has previous experience managing a bakery or production team
• Has strong commercial awareness and understands how to support business growth
• Builds lasting client relationships through excellent communication
• Has experience recruiting mentoring and developing successful teams
