The role
This role is part of the Global B4SI team across APAC the Americas and Europe and the postholder will be based in the UK. You will be building close working relationships with B4SI member companies in EMEA whilst operating globally providing expert social impact support and advising on the application of B4SI Frameworks and materials. You will alsoon-board new clients providing initial training and ongoing support to help them continually improve while deepening their engagement with B4SI. Alongside client management you will also be involved in the delivery of bespoke B4SI advisory projects as well as B4SI Network management and events.
Key responsibilities:
This role is vital in delivering the core B4SI service offered to companies within the global network with core activity including:
- Building relationships with a large international client portfolio and supporting clients to reach their social impact objectives through the use of B4SIs social impact framework and supporting tools and resources.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients deepening their engagement with B4SI and keeping them informed on upcoming events and relevant developments.
- Onboarding new clients providing induction sessions and establishing positive relationships
- Supporting the growth of the Network through involvement in business development events and planning as well as calls with prospective members
- Project manage participate and lead on specialist elements in the development and innovation of client offer and services including delivery of Data Assurances and other advisory services.
- Delivery of thought leadership through coordination and participation in events blogs & papers on the subject matter relevant to the B4SI network of companies.

About you
You will have direct experience in a client facing role supporting clients overcoming difficulties and identifying opportunities for improvement including a demonstrable track record of social impact knowledge either with internal or external clients along with:
- Strong understanding of the ESG agenda/Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability with a focus on Social Impact and what it means for business
- An effective time manager team player and relationship builder capable of managing large groups of clients effectively as first point of contact for social impact/sustainability advice
- A strong communicator capable of excellent written and oral presentations at all levels; and able to listen to and understand client needs and identify appropriate support; ensuring phenomenal client service
- Good project management skills ideally with some experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong bias for action capable of working independently towards staged goals with minimal oversight
- Competent in the use of Excel to organise and interpret data as well as Powerpoint for the delivery of presentations and reports
- Proven ability to track analyse and report on account satisfaction retention and growth
- An additional EU Language skill would be an advantage particularly Spanish to support the growing network.
