AWS engagement Delivery Manager

AWS engagement Delivery Manager manages and oversees the engagementin accordance withJPMC Policies and Third-Party Oversight Standards including risk and performance monitoring compliance with contract and regulatory requirements coordination with internal stakeholders maintenance of documentation andexit strategies and ensuring up-to-date engagement information throughout the strongproblem-solvingskillsand attention to detailwill enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change ensuring thatthe AWS engagementremainsaligned to JPMC policies and advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial is a dynamic role andwerelooking for someone ready to take on that challenge.

Job responsibilities

• Execution of requirementsset forth inthe JPMC Global Supplier Management Policy and Third-Party Oversight Standards for the AWS engagement
• Monitoring managementand escalation of AWS risks controls performancecomplaintscompliance with contract terms ( supplier Code of Conduct supplier reporting obligations) and other areas of concernsuch askey personnel changes changing lawsregulationsor economic ofquarterly scorecardsand facilitation ofquarterly business reviews.
• Fulfilmentof local and regulatory requirements duringthe AWSengagement lifecyclesincludingsupportofmateriality assessmentsgovernance forums regulatory and outsourcing notifications and audit/regulatory asks.
• Regular review and maintenance ofJPMC AWSexit strategies
• Partnering with JPMC Legal and Sourcing to enable country addendums annexes contract effectively discuss issues requiring legal or sourcing attention
• Partnering with other functionsincludingTechnology Risk&Controls Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Teams Location GovernanceTeams andThird-PartyOversight Team
• Maintaindocumentationsupporting theDelivery Manager activities performed onthe AWS engagement
• Ensurethatthe AWSengagement information is kept uptodate inJPMCs vendor tools
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies whilemonitoringblockersand liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Demonstrated ability to understand Amazon Web Services(AWS) including familiarity with coreAWSservicesand their primary functions
• 5 years of experience or equivalentexpertisein third party oversight vendormanagementor relevant domain area
• Experience with the global regulatory landscape for cloud
• Previousexperience with regulatory roll out and/or approval activities
