Aviation Account Manager

Gallagher Specialty is seeking an experienced and client-focused Aviation Account Manager to join our Aviation Division in London. This is an exciting opportunity to support a portfolio of international airline and aircraft leasing clients delivering exceptional service as part of a high-performing collaborative team.

The Role

As an Aviation Account Manager you will play a key role in supporting the servicing and placement of complex aviation risks. Working closely with Brokers Account Executives and Senior Account Managers you will help deliver a seamless client experience while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurance markets.

This is a client-facing role within a busy and dynamic environment offering exposure to global aviation clients and specialist insurance solutions.

• Support the servicing and placement of airline and aircraft leasing accounts
• Produce slips and endorsements using Fusion / Novidea systems
• Assist with new business and renewal processes
• Review contracts and prepare insurance/reinsurance certificates using Jacinth e-certs
• Maintain accurate and complete records across Fusion / Novidea and PPL systems
• Prepare data reports and calculations using Excel
• Issue evidence of cover and debit notes and assist with accounting-related queries
• Build strong working relationships with clients internal stakeholders and insurance markets

• Experience in an Account Handling or Account Management role within insurance (aviation experience advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working with data and producing accurate documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using multiple internal systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
