Part time (up to 25 hours per week) Temporary Roles available
Pay Scale: Starting at 13.45 per hour rising to 13.67 after probation. Opportunity to progress to 14.15 at your own pace.

Looking for a fresh challenge this autumn Join our Central Area Services Team supporting over 70 autistic adults across housing support care at home day opportunities and outreach services.

What Youll Do:
As an Autism Practitioner youll:
Support autistic individuals across a mixture of outreach housing support and residential services to lead happy and fulfilling lives.
Develop individuals independence confidence and everyday life skills including managing and maintaining their own tenancy household tasks cooking budgeting and paying bills.
Support people to build confidence in relationships access groups activities and local amenities and become more involved in their communities.
Support individuals to achieve personal goals while promoting their voice choice in all aspects of their lives.
Personal care is an essential part of the role and will vary depending on individual needs. This may include support with toileting medication bathing and oral hygiene.
This is a 24/7 service andyoull work a fixed rota covering a mix of morning day evening sleepover and weekend some services 7am starts are an essential requirement of the rota and applicants must be able to accommodate these shifts.
