What you will do Use visual schedules first-and-then language and consistent classroom routines. Support communication sensory regulation and positive participation. Adapt activities so pupils can work at an appropriate pace. Collaborate with teachers and therapists and record useful observations. What you will bring Experience supporting autistic children or young people in education or care. An observant patient approach and respect for individual communication preferences.
