Contract: Permanent Term-time only
Start Date: Immediate
Frontline Response: Responding to missing in education alerts and working quickly to locate students who are not in school without a prior notification.
Home-School Liaison: Building strong trusting relationships with hard-to-reach families to improve the schools reputation and engagement levels.
In-School Support: Working with the SENCO to ensure students with additional needs have the necessary adjustments to facilitate their attendance.
Record Keeping: Maintaining meticulous notes on all parental contact and home visits to ensure a clear audit trail for the Local Authority.
