Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Attendance Officer to join an established school in Bristol from September. This is a full-time position ideal for a strong practitioner with proven pastoral impact and a clear vision for improving student engagement and tracking metrics.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day monitoring of register data and student absence patterns across the school. You will oversee daily parent communications collaborate with heads of year tutors and education welfare officers to design targeted intervention plans and ensure meticulous compliance on the schools Management Information System (MIS) for statutory panels.
