About the Role:

The school is seeking a proactive individual who can confidently manage backend administration while actively engaging on the front lines to boost overall school attendance statistics. This role offers an immediate daily rate with the definite prospect of transitioning to a permanent school contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily attendance data manage late arrivals and ensure all registers are legally compliant and complete.

• Lead first-day contact calling and follow up on any unnotified or suspicious student absences.

• Coordinate book and lead formal on-site meetings with parents to establish strict attendance agreements.

• Monitor safeguarding risks by identifying and flagging unusual or unnotified patterns of absence immediately.

• Distribute school attendance materials policy updates and letters to parent networks.

Requirements:

• Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information in line with GDPR guidelines.

• Prior experience operating school database frameworks (SIMS Arbor or Bromcom experience is highly preferred).

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for data trends and accuracy.

• A confident empathetic communication style with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.

• An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service is highly advantageous for an immediate start.
