The Role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for maintaining accurate attendance information while supporting the schools admissions and pupil administration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring daily pupil attendance.

  • Following up unexplained absences.

  • Monitoring persistent absence and lateness.

  • Contacting parents and carers.

  • Maintaining accurate attendance records.

Attendance Management

Attendance will be a key responsibility within the position.

You will work with pastoral leaders to ensure that concerns are followed up and that appropriate actions are documented.

The role requires excellent attention to detail as small inaccuracies in attendance records can affect wider school reporting and intervention processes.

Admissions Administration

The successful candidate will also support the admissions process.

This will include maintaining information relating to prospective and new pupils communicating with families and ensuring that required documentation is completed accurately.

You may also assist with:
