Associate Measurement Lead
London (Hybrid 1 day in office per week)

As an Associate Measurement Lead youll help leading global brands understand how their advertising performs shaping smarter more effective digital strategies. This is a hands-on client-facing role where youll combine analytics storytelling and creativity to deliver insights that make a real impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to clients build expertise in digital measurement and grow within a fast-paced media environment.
What youll be doing
- Lead brand lift studies from end to end on Reddits platform
- Run project kick-offs design surveys analyse data and present insights
- Deliver clear actionable recommendations to both internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to ensure quality and timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
About you
Were looking for someone who is curious analytical and excited to develop in digital media and research.
- Around 1 year of experience in advertising research media insights or a related field
- Understanding of experimentation measurement or basic data analysis
- Confident communicator able to present insights clearly and tell a compelling story
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Degree in marketing business economics statistics or similar
