Typical Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 2 years experience in Development Operations (e.g. CRA Sr CRA or leadership roles)

• Proven experience in team leadership performance management and coaching

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes ICH-GCP and monitoring activities

• Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills
