About the Role
We are looking for a high-calibre intellectually curious individual to join our Deloitte Managed Solutions team as an Associate Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a strong academic background and 2-3 years professional experience with an interest in a career in professional services.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety problem-solving and taking ownership. You could come from an operations business analysis project management PMO consulting or delivery background provided you are organised commercially aware and eager to learn.
Working alongside clients across Financial Services Government & Public Services or Energy you will support the delivery of operational and strategic initiatives helping teams run efficiently manage change and improve performance.
This is a hands-on all-rounder role with exposure to a range of stakeholders and responsibility from day one.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of operational and project-based workstreams across client engagements
- Coordinating activities tracking actions risks and dependencies and ensuring deliverables are completed to a high standard
- Assisting with business analysis activities including requirements gathering process mapping documentation and reporting
- Producing clear presentations updates and management information for stakeholders
- Working closely with internal and client teams to help solve problems and improve operational performance
- Supporting governance controls and reporting processes across programmes and operational teams
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Early Career Experience
- Around 23 years professional experience in areas such as:
- Operations
- Business Analysis
- Project Management
- PMO
- Consulting
- Delivery or transformation support
- Experience within Financial Services Government/Public Sector Energy or other regulated environments is beneficial
Communication & Stakeholder Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and presenting information clearly and professionally
Organisation & Ownership
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive dependable and comfortable taking ownership with limited supervision
- Strong team player who responds well to feedback and enjoys collaborative working
Additional Desirable Experience
- Exposure to project delivery methodologies governance RAID logs or risk tracking
- Experience using data or MI to monitor operational performance
- Experience creating presentations reports or process documentation
Additional Information
The role may involve occasional travel for client work sometimes at short notice depending on delivery requirements.
