Associate Client Administrator
Job Summary
What will you be doing
Were seeking an ambitious individual to join our Client Administration team in Bracknell you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Client Administration team who support Financial Planners as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- To support the Client Administration team in the delivery of administration activities ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for organising client review meetings and preparing meeting packs and required valuations.
- Responsible for post and other front office activities where required.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g. scripts transfers corporate actions static data changes where applicable.
- To collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
- Identify and report any risks breaches or errors through ensuring risks are logged through to mitigating actions and controls.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should:
- Demonstrate an ambition to build a career within financial services firm with a willingness to learn and develop
- A strong client service ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal influencing and organisational skills
- Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems
Skills Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent client service skills.
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Professional Qualifications and Education
- Excellent standard of education Ideally degree qualified but not essential.
- A desire to further develop and to undertake relevant examinations.
