What youll do

In this role you will:

• Advise on both borrower and lender side transactions taking responsibility for matters from inception to completion including structuring scoping and client engagement.
• Work across a broad range of finance matters including acquisition finance real estate finance clearing bank panel transactions management buyouts private equity transactions and restructurings.
• Build trusted relationships with clients understanding their commercial objectives and delivering practical solutions-focused advice.
• Take an active role in business development networking and strengthening client relationships supported by an experienced and well-connected team.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice helping to identify opportunities share market intelligence and create value for clients and colleagues.
• Develop both your technical expertise and your profile in the market with genuine opportunities for progression and increased responsibility.

What were looking for

Were seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment and

• 4 years PQE in Banking & Finance with experience managing transactions and direct client relationships.
• Ambitious and keen to accelerate your development through greater responsibility client exposure and autonomy.
• Commercially aware and interested in how legal relationships translate into long-term client opportunities.
• Proactive adaptable and willing to get involved wherever needed whether that is delivering transactions supporting colleagues developing client relationships or contributing to wider team initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Solution-focused pragmatic and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Enthusiastic about networking business development and helping grow both your own practice and the wider firm.
