Keyareas of responsibilityinclude:

• Leading technical delivery across multiple projects ensuring quality compliance and buildability.
• Acting as a senior client-facing figure shaping briefs managing expectations and building long-term partnerships.
• Setting technical standards reviewing work and guiding the team through complex detailing and coordination challenges.
• Contributing to bids frameworks and business development with a strategic commercially aware mindset.
• Supporting the growth and capability of the Manchester studio through mentoring coaching and structured leadership.

This rolesuits someone who combines deep technical expertise with natural leadership presence.

• Extensive experience as a senior or associate-level Architectural Technologist.
• Strong Revit capability and confidence leading BIM-driven delivery.
• A track record of managing teams coordinating multi-disciplinary design and delivering complex projects.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to influence project outcomes at a strategic level.
• A collaborative grounded leadership style that brings out the best in others.
