About the role

As Assistant Spa Manager youll ensure the Spa runs smoothly supporting both service delivery and business performance. Youll lead the team support with compliance and help create memorable experiences for all guests through exceptional standards and personal touches.

This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet so youll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.


Youll be key in encouraging repeat visits by building great rapport with guests and supporting retail sales. With excellent organisation and a calm friendly demeanour youll make every interaction exceptional.

About you

- Youll bring previous experience in a spa or similar guest-facing role ideally with knowledge of spa services and products
- Strong communication skills including fluency in English
- A confident friendly and guest-focused personality
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings and weekends
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and payments

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

-Strong understanding of spa operations treatments and service standards.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Confidence in handling customer complaints and resolving service issues.

-Proactive and calm under pressure with strong organisational skills.

-Ability to supervise and develop a team within a service-led environment.

-Commercial awareness with understanding of cost control and revenue generation.
