Leading 5* housing developer - prior experience with a developer is a requirement due to the quality of work performed.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting (and deputising for) the Site Manager supervising employed and subcontract labour
• Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries to keep the build on programme and on quality
• Scheduling work to hit production targets without cutting corners
• Getting involved in pre-completion inspections with purchasers
• Being a reliable link between the build sales and customer care teams

What youll bring:

• Experience on a new build residential construction site
• SMSTS and First Aid certified
• Solid grasp of site Health & Safety
• Confidence reading and interpreting designs and drawings
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine desire to succeed
