Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management customer service and financial performance
• Train mentor and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
• Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage restaurant budgets and expenses
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations including food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
