Assistant Project Officer
Job Summary
Assistant Project Officer 10829 Permanent Contract 37 hours per week 26824 to 28142 per annum (Scale E) County Hall Norwich
We are looking for an organised and proactive Assistant Project Officer to join our Infrastructure Delivery Team at County Hall in Norwich. Youll play a vital role supporting the delivery of major high-profile infrastructure schemes including the Norwich Western Link and Long Stratton Bypass.
Working at the heart of the team youll keep projects running smoothly by coordinating meetings managing documentation and tracking progress against key milestones. Youll support financial processes maintain project systems and work closely with Project Managers Engineers and external partners to ensure everything is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where your attention to detail communication skills and ability to stay organised will make a real impact. From supporting statutory processes to helping manage risks budgets and audits youll be central to enabling successful project delivery across a diverse programme of work.
