Youllbe joining the Merchandising team who look to provide the customer with the right product at the right time. Working closely with the Buying team to build assortment strategies and focusing on ensuring the best possible range for our customers. Looking at internal data history and competitor performance whilst managing brand and supplier relationships.

As Assistant Merchandiseryoullwork closely with the Merchandiser and Buying team to help shape the future of our Beauty a key role in planningtradingand stock management ensuring we deliver the right products at the right time to delight our customers and maximise commercial performance.

Whatyoullbe doing

• Supporting range and assortment planning includingforecastingandmaintainingrange plans

• Delivering weeklymonthlyand seasonal trading analysisidentifyingopportunitiesrisksand actionable recommendations

• Managing in-season stockintakeand order books ensuring availability is maximised across a portfolio of global Beauty brands

• Monitoringproductperformanceavailabilityand sell-through performanceidentifyingactions to drive sales and improve customer experience

• Working with Buying and brand partners to support new launches exclusive productopportunitiesand key trading events throughout the year.

• Analysingcustomer trends marketdynamicsandcompetitor activityto influence commercial decision making and category strategies

• Building strong relationshipsacrossBuying Operations andSupplierpartnersto deliver against ambitious growth plans

Werelooking for someone who can combine strong analytical capability with excellent commercial have:

• Previousexperience in a Merchandising Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandise Admin role withinFashionor Beautyretail.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.

• Experience of forecasting stockmanagementand trading analysis.

• Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with planning and reporting tools.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

• Strong communicationand influencing skills.
