Assistant Manager

What will you be doing

Working closely with the General Manager youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub helping to create a fantastic experience for every customer.

Youll be:

• Leading from the front: Inspiring your team to deliver friendly attentive service and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.

• Supporting your team: Coaching developing and motivating team members to reach their potential.

• Delivering great hospitality: Ensuring customers enjoy fantastic food drinks and service every time they visit.

• Driving pub performance: Supporting sales managing costs and spotting opportunities to grow the business.

• Keeping standards high: Making sure health safety cleanliness and operational standards are consistently met.

• Working together: Partnering with the General Manager to keep the pub running smoothly and deliver shared goals.

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
