Location: The Jackalope Marylebone London

Pay: 14.50/hour Service Charge (approx. 3/hour)

Hours:Minimum 3035 hours/week

Availability: Monday Saturday (Sundays Off!)

We are looking for a passionate organized and energetic Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help us keep things running smoothly.

The Role

As our Assistant Manager you will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team oversee daily operations and maintain our high standards of hospitality. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Supporting the GM in managing shift operations and floor workflow.

  • Motivating training and mentoring a brilliant front-of-house team.

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest feedback with grace.

  • Assisting with inventory and stock control.

  • Maintaining health safety and hygiene standards.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 12 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Availability: Flexible to work across Monday to Saturday shifts (minimum 3035 hours per week).

  • Skills: Strong communication natural leadership abilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Attitude: A positive energy a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with us.
