Childrens Home Assistant Manager

Location: Accrington

Salary: Up to 40778

Lancashire County Council is expanding its Childrens Residential Service and is looking for a compassionate and motivated Childrens Home Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team.

To ensure effective management cover you will work within the homes core operating hours of 7:00am7:00pm undertaking alternating shifts of:

7:00am 3:00pm

11:00am 7:00pm

We welcome applications from experienced Assistant Managers as well as residential care youth work and social care professionals who are ready to take the next step into their first management role. We will provide the support and development needed to help you succeed.
