What Youll Be Doing

As an Assistant Store Manager youll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager youll help lead the team deliver strong results and ensure store operations run smoothly stepping up to take full responsibility when required.

Heres how youll make it happen:

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales KPIs and profit opportunities
• Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets floor leadership and commercial focus
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance running reports and supporting action plans to improve results
• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management payroll rotas and administrative tasks
• Leading coaching and developing the team through training feedback and strong product knowledge
• Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising brand presentation and store standards at all times
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Managers absence
