Humble Grape Canary Wharf is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience were known for.

This isnt just an operational role its a genuine stepping stone. Were looking for someone with ambition who wants to grow learn the business from the inside and carve a clear path toward senior management.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting the General Manager in running smooth high-quality daily operations

• Leading the floor during service and stepping up when it counts

• Championing Humble Grapes standards for wine food and guest experience

• Coaching and developing the team setting the tone for culture and professionalism

• Getting hands-on exposure to P&L team scheduling and site performance

• Helping drive commercial results without ever compromising the guest experience

• Being a consistent trusted presence your team can rely on

What Were Looking For

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a quality-focused venue

• A natural leader who leads by example and brings out the best in people

• Genuine passion for hospitality wine and creating memorable guest moments

• Ambition you want to grow and youre ready to put the work in

• Strong operational awareness and the ability to stay calm under pressure

• An interest in wine (WSET qualifications are a bonus but not essential)

• Full right to work in the UK
