Job Summary

Were looking for talented and commercially minded individuals to join our New Investments team at the Development Bank of Wales.

Our team is responsible for sourcing appraising and completing investments that support Welsh businesses to start grow and thrive. We work across a range of funding solutions including loans equity and mezzanine finance supporting both start-ups and established SMEs.

If you are looking to develop your career in financial services this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful investment across Wales.

Ideal for someone with:

  • Strong financial analysis and commercial awareness
  • Experience with credit reports and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
  • Background in banking/finance or similar
