What youll do
As an Events Operation Assistant Manager youll lovewhat you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will ensure the smooth operation and service of all group social banquet and planned food and beverage events to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. This will include managing leading and motivating the Banquet team continually improving service & operational systems and ensuring the event spaces and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximize business growth.
- Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day to ensure that we meet our guests special requests

What youll bring
- Previous experience as an assistant manager in /five-star spa operation preferably within a hotel
