In this exciting role you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative plans that not only meet our customers expectations but also drive our financial success. Youll be known as the go-to contact for No7 owning trading plans and ensuring our brand shines across Boots cross-category activities.

• Maximise sales profit and market share by building and executing strategic plans for large-scale NPD launches pricing promotions and marketing.

• Collaborate with diverse teams including Supply Merchandising Finance and Marketing to deliver exceptional results for No7.

• Take charge of commercial processes including budgeting forecasting and performance analysis.

• Build strong productive relationships across teams to ensure a seamless execution of plans.

• Embrace a creative mindset to seek out opportunities and tackle challenges head-on.
  

• Strong commercial and category experience with a knack for account management.

• Excellent commercial acumen and a clear understanding of sales-driving factors.

• Proficiency in analysing data to derive insights and develop actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.

• A passion for beauty and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A proactive attitude towards embracing change and innovation.
