Job Summary

This is an exciting time to join us. We own or manage around 7000 homes across North Somerset Bristol Bath South Gloucestershire and Sedgemoor and were continually evolving to make the best use of our assets and deliver great places to live.

Were now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Asset Valuation and Disposal Specialistto take ownership of our property disposals programme and drive smart data-led decisions that shape our portfolio for the future.

Youwillappraiseasset data toidentifypoorly performing properties and investment opportunitiesand provide overallcoordination ofourdisposalsprogramme.

You will work collaboratively across the organisation to meet corporate goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer care aremaintained. You willbe responsible formaintainingan effective accessible organised and up to date portfolio of documents relating to disposals ensuring that comprehensive records aremaintained.

AboutYou

Withtheability to plan execute andmonitorcomplex asset disposal projects with tight deadlines you will havestrongtechnicalexperience ofappraising properties.

With reporting acumenand analytical skillsyou can evaluate data marketconditionand potential risks to make informed decisions.

Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle or alternative transport isrequired.
