Assembly Operative

Role: Assembly Operator
Location: Edenbridge Kent
Contract Type: Full-time Long-Term Temping (no end date)
Hourly Rate: 14ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment and they are looking for someone with relevant assembly experience who can work accurately and confidently with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Electronic assembly
- Assembly of components and production units
- Soldering and working with electronic components
- Quality testing and inspection
- Following assembly instructions specifications and technical information
- Identifying and resolving assembly or quality issues
- Working as part of a wider production team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in electronic or electrical assembly
- Experience within a manufacturing production or engineering environment
- Good practical skills
- Ability to work accurately on small or intricate components
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Soldering experience would be advantageous
- PCB wiring modular or box-build assembly experience would be beneficial
