Are you a Psychology or Linguistics graduate with a passion for communication language development and supporting children with additional needs Looking to gain valuable hands-on experience to help launch a future career in Speech and Language Therapy

Were recruiting enthusiastic and proactive graduates to join a specialist ASC provision in Wimbledon supporting children aged 311 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Some pupils also have Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and ADHD.

What will you be doing

• Supporting childrens communication language social interaction and learning.
• Helping pupils develop confidence independence and essential life skills.
• Using tailored strategies to encourage engagement and language development.
• Working closely with teachers TAs and specialist professionals to support pupil progress.

Who are we looking for

• Were particularly interested in Psychology and Linguistics graduates with a genuine interest in speech and language development.
• Youll be a strong communicator proactive patient and eager to learn.
• Previous SEND experience is beneficial but not essential.

The details: The role starts in November 2026 and runs until July 2027 initially with the potential for a permanent position beyond this.
