Art Teacher (KS34) Creative + Supportive Department

A progressive high-achieving secondary school in Manchester is looking to appoint a passionate and committed Teacher of Art for a permanent position starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Creative Arts department and teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a school that values visual expression high standards and strong relationships with students. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and practical lessons that help students build confidence fine art techniques contextual understanding portfolio development and an appreciation of diverse art movements and media. Applicants must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Fine Art Art and Design or a highly related subject

• Experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school setting up to GCSE level

• Strong classroom management and studio safety skills

• The legal right to work in the UK

M1 UPS3 (Main / Upper Pay Scale)
