A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Peterborough. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering inspiring and challenging Art lessons while helping students build confidence in their creative abilities.

The role will involve teaching students across KS3 and KS4 and developing their understanding of drawing painting mixed media three-dimensional work and other relevant artistic techniques.

You will encourage students to explore ideas independently while developing their ability to analyse evaluate and respond to their own work and the work of other artists.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to curriculum planning and assessment and work closely with colleagues to ensure students receive a consistent and engaging learning experience.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
