Domestic Considerations RSDs:The post offers a high attendance level and hybrid working days when appropriate with the opportunity to work upwards of 48 days per year. Working pattern can involve week days and weekends during modular and consolidated courses. Army Reserve post based in MERSEYSIDE with some travel and overnight duty at YORK as required.

Position Role: To support the delivery of Phase 3 training and guidance / assurance and continuous improvement of our Phase 1 training instructors.

Responsibilities:

1. Support in the management of the unit QS including continuous improvement (CI) InVal and 1st party audits
2. Deliver distributed instructor training on behalf of AIS to individuals within the ATU (N) AOR
3. Coach develop mentor advise & support ATU (N) staff. Identify CPD opportunities then plan conduct and manage training for subordinates
4. Continual assessment of Trainers providing feedback in order to reinforce the coaching and mentoring ethos and staff development
5. Manage subordinate discipline support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management
6. Deliver in barracks/business process ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency
7. Maintain health and safety in the workplace.
8. Maintain regular engagement with own cap badge ensuring SQEP currency within Career Employment Qualification (CEQ)
