We are seeking a dedicated Area Support professional to join our team in the UK. Based at our office in ANCOATS MANCHESTER M4 you will play a vital role in supporting our cleaning and facility management operations ensuring high standards of service that align with our companys values.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To support the account manager to achieve consistent standards in 8 sites around the Ancoats and Piccadilly areas.
The job will involve
- working evening at the sites to assist the teams in ensuring that all areas on the schedule are completed to standard
- Auditing the sites on a weekly basis and taking action to ensure any areas identified are rectified immediately
- Covering any absences
- Meeting with the account manager on a regular basis to feedback any staff issues
- Have a knowledge of daytime operations so that they can step in to cover if required
Additional hours are required to cover any daytime absences
