About this Role

Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager Business Development Manager or Territory Sales Manager looking for your next challenge As an Area Sales Manager with Dawsongroup EMC youll take ownership of a regional territory developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships across the municipal industrial waste recycling utilities and infrastructure sectors.

• Drive profitable growth by securing both long and short term rental opportunities across your region.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers in both the public and private sectors including local authorities contractors and commercial organisations.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking prospecting tenders market intelligence and customer visits.
• Work closely with Area Sales Executives Branch teams and operational colleagues to maximise fleet utilisation and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve agreed sales targets utilisation goals and KPIs while identifying opportunities to grow revenue through additional products and services.

About You

Youre a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships opening doors and creating opportunities. You thrive when managing your own territory and are motivated by delivering results while providing excellent customer service.

• Previous field sales business development territory management or strategic account management experience is essential.
• Confident communicating with decision makers and developing long term customer relationships.
• Self motivated organised and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
• A full UK driving licence is required for this field based position.
• Experience within asset rental municipal waste utilities industrial or fleet sectors would be welcomed but if your sales skills are transferable wed still love to hear from you. No candidate meets every requirement were looking for the right person not just the perfect CV.
