- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external organizations and work seamlessly with internal departments to maximize property opportunities.
- Retail Management Expertise: Proven experience operating as a multi-site manager or an experienced store manager within a high-volume fast-paced retail environment.
- Commercial Performance: A track record of analyzing business data and market changes to make impactful decisions that drive commercial growth and brand profit.
- Team Development: Experience identifying talent managing diverse teams and coaching managers to establish a culture of accountability.
- Change Delivery: Demonstrated ability to implement brand initiatives reinvent operational processes and guide multi-site teams through strategic change efficiently.
