The Role
Youll play a key part in delivering complex designled sport and leisure schemes working predominantly through RIBA Stages 45. Expect handson involvement in technical detailing coordination Revit modelling and onsite problem solving. This is a role where your technical judgement genuinely shapes project outcomes.
What Youll Bring
- 35 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence working through RIBA Stages 45
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and details
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
- A proactive solutionsfocused mindset
