A leading Glasgow architectural practice is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team on a 6month contract supporting delivery of a major 120m mixeduse development. A flagship 120m project: Youll be joining the team at a pivotal moment helping drive technical design and delivery on a complex multibuilding mixeduse development with real architectural ambition.

Immediate impact: This isnt a supportfromthesidelines role. Youll be handson with technical packages coordination consultant engagement and onsite problemsolving.

• Supporting the delivery of a 120m mixeduse development through RIBA Stages 45

• Producing and coordinating technical drawings specifications and detailed packages

• Working closely with consultants contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries

• Assisting with site coordination technical compliance and constructionstage problemsolving

• Ensuring information is accurate coordinated and aligned with project standards

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist

• Strong experience in RIBA Stages 45 (essential)

• Confidence producing detailed technical information and coordinating with wider teams

• Ability to work efficiently within a fastmoving project environment

• A proactive deliveryfocused mindset
