Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Manager Audit & Compliance based at our Ilkeston this key role you will lead apprenticeship funding assurance compliance and audit activity across Derby College Group ensuring funding claims are accurate audit-ready and fully compliant while supporting continuous improvement across our apprenticeship provision.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Derby College Groups apprenticeship funding assurance and compliance activities playing a key role in safeguarding public funding and ensuring regulatory excellence. As the Colleges subject matter expert for apprenticeship funding compliance you will drive audit readiness risk management and data integrity across the apprenticeship provision. Leading a dedicated team you will develop robust assurance frameworks oversee compliance processes and support continuous improvement helping to protect the College from financial audit and reputational risk while contributing to high-quality apprenticeship delivery.

About You
Youll bring extensive knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules compliance requirements and audit processes with experience of ILR validation funding assurance and apprenticeship data management. A confident and effective leader youll have a proven ability to manage teams oversee multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements. With excellent analytical organisational and communication skills you will be comfortable working with complex data and a range of systems. Youll be proactive collaborative and committed to maintaining high standards of compliance accuracy and continuous improvement across apprenticeship provision.
