Salary: 8.00 per hour during your apprenticeship and on successful completion: Progress to a Support Worker role earning 13.46 per hour plus enhancements.

Month 1:
- Welcome to David Lewis.
- Full induction.

- Begin learning alongside experienced Support Workers.
Months 26:
Develop the knowledge and confidence to support people with:
- Daily living.
- Communication.
- Independence.
- Community activities.
- Positive Behaviour Support.
- Safeguarding.
- Medication awareness.
- Autism and learning disability support.
Months 712:
Complete your qualification build your confidence and prepare for your End Point Assessment while becoming a valued member of your team.
What Happens Next
Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to progress into a permanent Support Worker role.
Starting salary after completion: 13.46 per hour.
